Change your personal data in the kantor.pl online exchange platform

The “My data" tab in the Trading Panel enables to update some of the User’s data. Changes should be made only when the data like the address or phone number actually changed. In order to change the data, select “my data" tab in the Trading Panel.

Here you will find all the data entered in the registration process on kantor.pl. Changes may be made only to the fields indicated with a red box. For security reasons, it is not possible to change key User identification data. Data that may not be modified include: company name, NIP (tax ID no.), PESEL (statistical no.) and User e-mail address. If it is necessary to change such data, the User should contact kantor.pl using the “contact" tab in the trading panel.

When you select the “change data" tab, you can both add and modify a previously added mail address or delete it. To add a mail address, select the “I want to provide a different mail address" option and complete the address fields. In order to make changes to the address provided, you need to modify the address fields. To delete a displayed mail address, you need to deselect the field “I want to provide a different mail address".

Download the code in your email to change data

When the modified data are correctly entered, you need to download a one-time code by clicking the “download code" option.

An e-mail with the one-time code will be sent to the User’s e-mail address indicated during registration.

The code received should be copied and pasted in the Trading Panel field. In addition to the one-time code, authentication requires you to enter your login and password to kantor.pl.

This double authentication safeguard ensures the proper level of transaction security to change User data. To complete the data change instruction, click “save", which will be followed by a message confirming the changes introduced.
